Freelancer Service Agreement
Freelancer is an independent contractor. Shghilni does not employ, supervise, provide benefits, or guarantee income. Freelancer agrees to deliver services professionally, meet deadlines, communicate via platform, avoid off-platform payments, and comply with Lebanese laws. Payments are subject to escrow rules; chargebacks may be recovered; withdrawal delays may apply; identity verification required before payout. Freelancer agrees to provide evidence during disputes and accept Shghilni's final decision. Shghilni may suspend for fraud, repeated disputes, off-platform solicitation, or false representations.
Client Service Agreement
Client agrees to provide clear job description, not misrepresent scope, and not request illegal services. Client must fund escrow before work begins and avoid requesting off-platform payment. Client agrees not to file false disputes, abuse refund system, or use chargebacks maliciously. Client acknowledges Shghilni does not guarantee service quality and dispute decisions are final.
Anti-Fraud Policy
Shghilni employs message monitoring, automated risk scoring, withdrawal review, identity verification, and transaction monitoring. Fraud indicators include repeated cancellations, high dispute rate, attempt to move payment off-platform, identity mismatch, suspicious payment patterns. Shghilni may freeze funds, suspend account, require additional verification, or report to authorities. Fraud results in permanent ban.
AML-Lite (Lebanon)
Shghilni is committed to preventing money laundering, fraud, and misuse. We may require national ID, proof of address, selfie verification, or business documentation before enabling withdrawals. We may freeze or report transactions if structuring is observed, unusual volumes occur, high-risk patterns are detected, or law enforcement inquires. We may cooperate with Lebanese authorities. Users must not use the platform for terror financing, sanctioned activities, illegal trade, or criminal enterprises.
