I am a strategic institutional leader with over 26 years of experience driving educational, healthcare, and humanitarian initiatives across Lebanon. I excel in cross-sector consultancy, strategic HR planning, and organizational development, having successfully founded a local private school and spearheaded the full ISQua accreditation process for a Primary Health Care Center. An expert in community mobilization, I established the "Crisis Response Cell" and the "Crisis Support Fund" in Akkar to unite local governance, NGOs, and civil actors during emergencies and economic hardships.
