In my recent role as an IT Support & Technical Assistant, I regularly diagnosed and repaired hardware and software issues for laptops and desktop systems. Prior to that, I worked in technical support for a telecommunications shop, where I honed my customer communication and problem-solving skills. These experiences have given me a solid, practical understanding of the IT support landscape, which I look forward to discussing during the voice interviews. I am fluent in English, possess a high-quality device with a working microphone, and am highly adaptable when it comes to scheduling.
