E-commerce checkout and payment integration

Implement a complete checkout flow for an existing e-commerce site: cart, shipping options, discount codes, and Stripe payment integration. Must handle edge cases (out-of-stock, invalid codes). Frontend can be React or existing stack; backend API required.
