Cancellation Policy

1. Before Freelancer Starts Work
Client may cancel. Refund eligibility depends on whether freelancer accepted job and whether work began. Service Fee may still apply.
2. After Work Begins
Cancellation is subject to percentage of work completed, evidence submitted, and communication history. Partial payment may be released to Freelancer.
3. Freelancer-Initiated Cancellation
If Freelancer cancels without valid reason: account may be penalized; rating may be impacted; escrow refunded to Client. Repeated cancellations may result in suspension.
4. Abuse of Cancellation
Users repeatedly abusing cancellation policy may be restricted or banned.
