Refund Policy

Refunds apply only to payments completed through Shghilni's escrow system (Stripe or Whish). Payments made outside the Platform are not eligible for refund or dispute assistance.

Eligibility for Refund

A Client may request a refund when: service was not delivered; work materially deviates from the agreed job description; fraud is reasonably suspected; freelancer fails to respond within the agreed timeframe. Refund requests must be filed within 14 days of job completion or expected completion date.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued when: work matches job description; client changes requirements mid-project; client fails to provide necessary materials; client simply changes their mind; payment was made off-platform. Platform service fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.

Partial Refunds

Shghilni may issue partial refunds where partial work was completed. Decision is made at Shghilni's sole discretion.

Chargebacks

If a Client initiates a chargeback through Stripe: account may be suspended; future platform use may be restricted; dispute protection may be voided.
