whatsapp chatbot for taxi company - Salim Meshref AI and Automation Software Engineer
WhatsApp chatbot for a local Lebanese taxi company. A customer messages the company's WhatsApp number — by text or voice note, in Arabic, French, or English — and the bot collects the pickup and drop-off locations, calculates the trip distance and duration with Google Maps, books it into the company's Google Calendar, and notifies the operator. All of this happens in the customer's own language.

End of Month Financial Report automation Internal Tool - Salim Meshref AI and Automation software engineer
Accounting firms spend 2–4 hours per client each month hand-building branded EOM report decks — copying numbers from three QuickBooks exports into PowerPoint, calculating changes, writing commentary, and checking for errors. For 15–20 clients, that's a full work-week monthly, with error risk on every number. The solution: a desktop app that turns raw QuickBooks files into the finished branded report in ~5 seconds, with automated calculations and optional AI-drafted commentary.
